Angry Dance Filter AI Prompt: The Routine, Beat by Beat

No angry dance filter AI prompt is needed here: you upload one photo. For other AI video tools, here is the kitchen routine written beat by beat.

Last updated: 2026-11-01

You don’t need an angry dance filter AI prompt on this site. The kitchen, the moves, the camera and the timing are built into our template, so you upload one photo of one adult, tap “Make my video” and get a 15-second 9:16 MP4 at 720p. If you want to try the routine in another AI video tool, below is the whole thing written beat by beat, plus a prompt you can adapt. Neither names a celebrity or the song, and neither quotes lyrics.

The routine, beat by beat

The setting is a bright white home kitchen in daylight. One person performs, and the person holding the phone is the one being yelled at, so every move is aimed at the lens.

  1. Walk-in. The performer storms in from the back of the kitchen toward the camera, already furious.
  2. Palm poke. Close to the lens, they jab one index finger into the open palm of the other hand, again and again, as if counting off complaints.
  3. Palm push. They shove an open hand at the lens until it nearly covers the frame.
  4. Rant. Pointing, open hands and a wide-mouthed shout straight into the camera.
  5. Step back. They back away until their whole body is in frame, put one hand on the hip, shake their head and turn away.
  6. Comeback. They spin around and charge back to the camera for one last shout, face filling the frame.

The energy rises twice: once into the rant, and again for the comeback after the pause. The anger is comic and exaggerated, never violent.

A prompt you can adapt

Vertical 9:16 video, one continuous handheld phone shot at chest height, in a bright white home kitchen with daylight. The person in the reference photo, with the same face, hair and outfit, storms in from the back of the kitchen toward the camera, furious. Close to the lens, they jab their index finger into their open palm again and again, as if listing complaints. They shove an open hand at the lens until it almost covers the frame. They rant straight into the camera, pointing and spreading their hands, mouth wide open. They step back until their whole body is visible, put one hand on their hip, shake their head and turn away. Then they spin around and charge back to the camera for one last shout, their face filling the frame. Comic, exaggerated anger with no violence. Realistic skin and hands, natural light, no text, no captions, no logos.

How to use it in another tool

  1. Pick an image-to-video tool that accepts a reference photo and a 9:16 shape.
  2. Upload one clear, front-facing photo of an adult who agreed to it, waist-up or head-to-knee with both arms visible.
  3. Paste the prompt. If the tool makes shorter clips, split it in two: the walk-in to the palm push, then the rant to the comeback.
  4. Run several takes. Fast hand moves are where faces drift and fingers smear.
  5. Leave music out of the prompt, and add “Bad Times” by Imael Angel from TikTok’s or Instagram’s sound library when you post.

We wrote this prompt from the routine and have only tested our own pipeline, so expect to adjust it. The same rules apply in any tool: no one under 18, no public figures and no one who hasn’t agreed. Ours are in the acceptable use policy.

Why a prompt rarely matches the trend

A text prompt describes the routine, but each generation improvises it. The kitchen changes from take to take, the moves land early or late, and the face can drift during fast hand moves. Song names and lyrics make it worse: a model that reads lyrics tends to invent singing and loses the timing, so leave them out.

This site skips the prompt. We remade the routine once, as our own template video, with Seedance 2.0 and AI-made performers. Each order is a Kling 4.0 edit that puts the person in your photo in the performer’s place in every shot, keeping your face, hair and outfit colors. The kitchen, the moves, the camera and the timing match every time, and no frame of any original clip is used. The download is silent, so you add the sound when you post. For the story behind the moves, read the angry dance trend, explained, or compare every way to make it.

Questions

Do I need a prompt to make the angry dance AI video?

No. On this site the kitchen, the moves and the timing are built in, so you only upload one photo of one adult.

What is the prompt for the angry dance AI trend?

There is no single prompt behind the trend. Describe the routine instead: a person storms into a bright white kitchen, jabs a finger into their palm, shoves an open hand at the lens, rants, steps back with a hand on the hip and turns away, then charges back for a final shout, in one vertical handheld shot.

Which AI video tools can use this prompt?

Any image-to-video tool that takes a reference photo and a text prompt can try it. We have only tested our own pipeline, so expect to adjust the wording and run several takes elsewhere.

Should I put the song name or lyrics in the prompt?

No. Describe the actions, and add “Bad Times” as a platform sound when you post. Lyrics in a prompt tend to make a model invent singing and lose the timing.

Why doesn’t my own prompt look like the trend?

Because a prompt can’t fix the timing, the camera or the set: every take improvises them. A template edit, like the one this site runs, keeps the same kitchen, moves and timing and only swaps the person.
