How credits work
Packs add credits to your balance. One HD (720p) video uses 100 credits, whichever pack they came from. Credits are only taken when a video starts, and they never expire, so unused ones wait for your next friend. A new version of the same photo is a new video and uses new credits.
Refunds
Failed videos are refunded to your credits automatically; a finished video that fails the safety check is not. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days. Details are in the refund policy.
Which pack should I get?

A pack you haven’t used any credits from can be refunded within 7 days. A finished video that is clearly broken is refunded as credits or money if you email us within 7 days.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so unused ones stay in your balance.
Which payment methods do you take?
