What to include
- Video help: the email on your account and a link to the video (from My videos).
- Sign-in help: the email you signed up with, and whether you use Google or an email and password.
- Billing: the email used at checkout and the approximate date. Payments are handled by Waffo, our merchant of record.
- Content report or likeness complaint: a link or description of the video and why it should be removed. We prioritise these and aim to respond within 48 hours.
About the music
Videos made here download without sound. We don’t license, sell or distribute “Bad Times” or any other song, and we can’t clear music for you: add the sound from TikTok’s or Instagram’s sound library when you post.
