How Angry Dance Filter AI collects, uses and protects your data, including your photos.

What we collect
- Account data: your email address, plus the name and profile picture Google shares if you sign in with Google. If you sign up with an email and password, we store the password only as a secure hash.
- Photos you submit: the photo you upload, used to make your video.
- Generated videos: the videos created for you.
- Payment data: handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and email, never your full card number.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, basic device and browser info, and IP address for security and rate limiting, plus visit statistics from our web analytics.
- First-visit source: a
first_touchcookie (90 days) and first-party cookies for UTM tags and the referring site record how you first found us (the source, campaign, referring site and first page), so we can tell which channels work. They are attached to your account when you sign up or start a checkout.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your videos.
- To run automated safety checks on photos and videos.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
- To send account emails and tell you when a video is ready.
- To improve the site using aggregated analytics.
We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, we do not publish them anywhere, and we do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it
- Video generation: your photo and our template video are sent to our AI video provider, kie.ai, which runs the Kling 4.0 model to put you in the performer’s place.
- Safety checks: photos and videos are checked by our moderation provider, SeeAPI.
- Hosting and storage: Cloudflare runs our servers and database and stores uploads and finished videos in Cloudflare R2, from where they are served to you through our site.
- Payments: Waffo, our merchant of record, handles checkout, sales tax and receipts.
- Email: Resend delivers account emails and “your video is ready” emails.
- Sign-in: Google, if you choose “Sign in with Google”. Google shares your email, name and profile picture with us.
- Analytics: our web analytics service receives page views, device and browser type and the referring site, which we look at in aggregate.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage for up to 2 days, where our video and moderation providers fetch them through a short-lived private link, and are then deleted automatically. Our records keep only a link and a fingerprint used to prevent duplicate uploads.
- Generated videos are deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by emailing contact@angrydancefilterai.video. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
