These terms govern your use of Angry Dance Filter AI (“we”, “the service”) at angrydancefilterai.video. By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them.
The service
We turn one photo you upload into an AI-generated video of the angry dance trend: a 15-second 9:16 MP4 at 720p in which the person in your photo takes the place of the AI-made performer in our own remake of the routine, set in a white kitchen. Videos download without sound; you add any music yourself when you post. Results are produced by third-party AI models and vary; we can’t guarantee a particular look, likeness, motion or lip-sync.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You need a free account, with Google sign-in or an email and password, to buy credits and make videos. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission from everyone shown, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use Policy. You give us a limited licence to process your photos only to create, store and deliver your videos and keep the service safe.
Your videos
Subject to these terms, you may download, share and post the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated where platforms allow.
Videos come without music. If you add “Bad Times” or any other sound when you post, add it from the platform’s own sound library and follow that platform’s music rules. These terms give you no rights to any song, and we don’t license music.
Credits and payments
Credits are sold as one-time packs through our payment partner and merchant of record, Waffo, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown before checkout. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Safety and moderation
We automatically review photos and videos and may block, refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms. A finished video that fails the safety check is not delivered and keeps the credits it cost, because it was already made; if you think the check was wrong, contact us and we will review it.
Not affiliated
Angry Dance Filter AI is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance, Imael Angel, the creators who started the trend, or the makers of the AI models we use. Names are used only to describe the trend.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Generated videos are stored for 14 days, so download anything you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
